I am raising funds to benefit sickle cell patients and their families in Nigeria who are currently facing not just the covid-19 crisis  but also sickle cell crisis (literally) and starvation. Any donation will help make a huge impact in the lives of those dealing with the disease at this time.   We have been receiving calls about what is going on in Nigeria with the nation wide  lockdown. A lot of families have been left stranded without food, water, electricity and even medications, and they desperately need our help. Right now they are facing the Covid-19 problems, and a serious starvation problem. They have no food to eat, they are not getting the basic day to day nutritions they need to fight any form of infection or disease. The lockdown in Nigeria has been extended indefinitely and they still don't know where their next meal will come from.  We can't do this all on our own.
