COVID-19 Emergency Fund Shenandoah Valley

Immigrants from our community are particularly vulnerable during the COVID-19 pandemic. Many of these workers are immigrants who do not qualify for unemployment insurance. Mixed resident status families and undocumented workers will not receive the family federal aid stimulus and do not benefit from many other social services.

COSPU is a 10-year-old grassroots charitable organization that work directly with the local Hispanic immigrant population in the Shenandoah Valley.

COSPU hopes to raise $45,000 for immigrant families during this crisis. We know needs for assistance will continue to grow during the next three months as personal and family finances worsen with the shutdown of the economy.

Family is everything and we can be the support for them by helping with some utility payments, food assistance, health bills, etc. We can do this if you donate now. Be the superhero you always wanted to be.

Now is the time to be united, as one family. It is the time to share and help our immigrant neighbors.

Please share the information so we can achieve our goal and remember, we are in this together.
