Rent assistance for Undocumented Families affected by COVID-19!!
We are all trying to deal with this current pandemic and the impact it has on our families and the communities around us. With the 1st of the month approaching, many families are unsure how they will pay rent for the month of May. Luckily for many, unemployment can assist with that worry. Unfortunately, for the undocumented community, unemployment assistance isn't an option and they have absolutely no source of income.
This fundraiser is specifically for undocumented families in low income neighborhoods on Long Island who are no longer working and need financial assistance. For many, this support will alleviate some stress and provide a sense of security.
During this time we must all come together and support each other in whatever way we can. By giving a donation, YOU can make a difference in someone's life, YOU can assure that a family has a roof over their head and YOU can provide some relief to someone who needs it.
