Covid 19 - Face masks & Ear Protectors

Donation protected
I am a trustee of a community centre in Andover and we have been doing all we can to help support the important work people have been doing. From collecting food for a local food distribution initiative helping the vulnerable and isolated, to producing protective equipment to help the NHS staff and other at risk groups. People across the world have been producing devices like the one pictured using 3D printers to help, so I thought I would see if any local people wanted them and I have been surprised by the response. I have been approached by people from 5 different organisations so far and I have only advertised in a local group. The problem is I only have one 3D printer and so can't produce enough of these fast enough. I have been trying to apply for grants to help fund this but the process is very slow and so I thought I would see if anyone would be interested in contributing. So far I have been producing them at my own expense but in order to scale up production to meet the demand I am looking to purchase two more 3D printers and supplies for them. The printers cost £250 each and with supplies and electricity costs I was aiming at a target of £600 but honestly I would be really appreciative of anything to help towards this goal. Anything made by me for this cause is free of charge and once we are past this crisis the printers will be donated to the community centre for their use.
