Covering the last part of surgery

My name is AJ, I  29 year old African American man of trans experience. (FTM) I have been medically transitioning for almost 9 years. Although I was Diagnoised with GID at the age of 9. My Guardian wouldnt grant me permission to transition prior to the age of 18.  This journey has not been easy nor exactly smooth. Bouts with, JOb security, changing documents to match my current gender presentation and often being denied jobs due to prejudice.  Even Homelessness. I was finally granted approval for my gender-affirming surgery through insurance through my work. However, due to some restrictions I have to come up with the rest of the money to cover the rest of the surgery. I'm asking for help so that this can finally happen for me.

A little bit about me Community advocate in Outreach. Mentoring other black and non poc trans folks of  in many different areas. My life experiences are often shared with them via live feeds and Q and A sessions on my Facebook page which has close to 5000 followers.

Aspiring corporate executive chef. Ever since I can remeber cooking has always been the way to bring folks together even if its only to silence the stomach temporarily. I'm actively striving to become a self employed self and emply and train a new generation of chefs and black business owners.
