Covering expenses after car got stolen

My car was stolen on january 17th by a man named tyler foust. The police intercepted my car after he intentionally wrapped it around a telephone pole . I am asking for assistance as I bought a cheap beater and need money to plate it and pay my rent as I spent my rent money on the beater so as not to lose my job. My rent is 650 and utilities in total for the month should equal out to be around 200. Anything helps!
