<div>For the past Nine years, I have been caught in a legal battle that began after the Death of a Disabled Senior tenant I was Caretaker to for many years. I helped her hire a series of Companions, but after Senior's death, the last Companion refused / stalled / Etc to leave the apartment. Since then, she has been living there as a squatter paying zero rent, even with a Court Stipulation from 2017. The case has dragged on endlessly in Supreme Court. Legal Aid has been changing the Lawyers several times and filing last-minute motions to stall the proceedings, The squatter claims she doesn't have to pay Stipulated rent because the post office is inconvenient.

<div>Despite the Senior's documented disabilities, including both hip replacements, the squatter called it a slight limp.  Legal Aid recently filed a massive 516-page, 41-issue counter argument just days before the last court date.   The previous 4 month delay was a Motion filed 60 days late, on a Friday afternoon, on a holiday weekend for a Tuesday Court date.

<div>Planned Poverty, Continiously Under Employed and refusing to rent out the 2nd furnished Bedroom, so Legal Aid Self Certifies her as "poor" to qualify for Taxpayer funded Legal Aid.
