Cover expenses/rent

As some of you may already know, we've been struggling financially for the last 3 1/2 years.  After having lost my job of 7 years, three part- time , low -wage jobs were all I could manage to find.  

But we never gave up hope. I've been looking for a job that would properly take care of my family and I've finally found one.

This week I started as a teacher's aide in a pre-k school. That's great. I was so happy when I found out I was hired. It will help get us out of this deep hole we've been in for so long.

But it pays monthly so we still need a little a little help to make it until the first full check arrives next month. We're trying to raise the funds by Friday, September 22nd. 

I've also had to scale back one of my part time jobs to accomadate the new job (which is a good thing) but our income is temporarily lessened cosiderably.

We've got various bills to cover including utility bills, car insurance as well as day to day expenses and of course rent. 

In exchange for your generosity I'd like to offer some of my art to you to say thank you for your help. I have some ready made pieces on hand covering many subjects but can do commissions as well for pieces as large as 11"x14".

For those friends who have helped us so much over the last few years please let me know what you'd like too. 

This is the last hurdle we face as we get to that proverbial "light at the end of the tunnel". After all the difficulties that we've faced these past few years we can finally breathe. 

We could never have made it this long without the help and love of our family and friends.  For that we are eternally grateful.
