Hello, my name is Steph and I'm the owner of a small equestrian retailer, SJM EQUESTRIAN. I'm a one man band and unfortunately around the 11th of November the store was broken into.

The thieves took virtually all the salable stock, after breaking through the main door. We have roughly lost £15,000 of stock, which has left me without any income stream from the retail side.

Unfortunately we are not able to recover securing costs, which are just shy of £200 and can't get any support for upgrading security which includes, cctv, window grates, additional locks, fogging machine. These are just a few of the recommendations from the police.

We hope for a successful outcome but not expecting to see any stock again.
