Courtyard Memorial for Brenda Bowe

On Friday, June 30, 2017, we lost our dear friend and colleague, Brenda Bowe . She was the heart of our HR department at PPG Delaware, and was loved and respected by everyone who came in contact with her.
Our production team here in Delaware, collected a generous amount of donations which will be given to Riverside, Ohio Health Arthur G.H. Bing, MD Cancer Center in Brenda's honor.
The outpouring of sympathy continues to build and has extended to other outlying PPG facilities. A memorial committee has been established to discuss additional opportunities to honor our dear friend. This page is a result of that meeting.
Donations collected here will be used to build a Brenda Bowe memorial garden in the courtyard by the Delaware lunch room. We plan to plant a Magnolia tree with a dedicated remembrance plaque along with a sitting bench.
Your overwhelming support and your inquiring how you can help not only exemplifies the type of employees we have here at the Delaware plant and at other facilities, but is also a testament to the relationships Brenda developed over her 31 years here at PPG.
