Courtney Duncan has lost everything

On September 20, 2018, Courtney Duncan received a phone call giving her possibly some of the most devastating news you could imagine - your apartment is on fire. Your heart sinks - all your dogs are inside. You rush from work to make it home, only to find that your four dogs have perished in the blaze. Everything you have is gone. The material things can be replaced, but the lives of your dogs, your babies, your children - nothing can help heal those wounds. She watched helplessly as the fire department worked to put out the blaze, but it was too late.

Courtney and her husband lost everything in the fire.  Courtney has been a dedicated employee of a local non-profit animal welfare organization, giving of herself every day to take care of animals in need. Her husband's father also recently passed away. Her husband is dealing with serious medical needs of his own. They are absolutely devastated.

They are going to need help to try and heal from this emergency. Things will have to be replaced, they'll have to find a new apartment, they'll have to try and rebuild the life that was lost that day. Four members of their family perished, and we're asking for your help. Every little bit that is donated will provide them with some reassurance and financial assistance to get themselves resettled.

They have already been through so much, and then to be hit with this, well we can't even imagine what they must be going through. Their friends would just like to help them begin the healing process, knowing they have some help.
