Opera Performance in the Czech Rep.

My name is Courtney Bridge and I'm a graduate student in opera performance at the University of British Columbia. This summer, I have been presented with the opportunity to travel to the Czech Republic to sing in Smetana's opera: The Bartered Bride. I will be singing the role of Hata who is the wife of the landowner, in the opera.

I have never had the opporunity to visit Europe before, and singing there is a once in a lifetime opportunity. In following my passion, I'm hoping to raise funds to be able to pursue this opportunity.
