As admitted by the Judge in his decision , my blog has done a lot to expose corruption and wrong doing. To now try to root through my electronic devices in an attempt to identify my sources just seems so wron g and quite frankly against Freedom of Speech and everything this Country stands for.

 

The identity and protecting the identities of my sources is important to me, A recent court ruling by Judge Cesar Noble in Hartford Superior Court is trying to order me to turn over my cellphone and personal laptop so they can search for e-mails and text messages from my sources in an attempt to identify them. This is a matter of principal to me to do everything in my power to protect the identities of sources who have placed their trust in me. 

 

These funds will be used for legal expenses and costs of a Court appeal.
