~ Our Mission ~
KEATCA’s mission is to support individuals facing poverty in accessing education and training at post-secondary level while advocating for policies that counter poverty and remove barriers to human development through an accessible and affordable education.

KEATCA helps educate those whose family income is less than $30, 000.00 Canadian or equivalent in purchasing power parity (PPP) irrespective of where they live, study, or were born.
