My name is Taneisha Smith, I am 28 year of age. I have Stage 2b Endometrial cancer. I did surgery Last December. 7 months ago, Oncologist discovered a mass in my stomach. I had my 3rd surgery on the 15 of August 2018. I shared my views as I don't have any money as i am not able to work. This surgery was an Operative Laparoscopy. I was able to raise funds via this medium through (FB &INSTAGRAM)The cost of the surgery was JAMAICAN $475,000 in US$3883, plus treatments, medical and scans requests. Surgery was a success, still, have arrears to be cleared. I am grateful i was able to get this surgery done and was in the hospital for 1 week and 2 days, the medical expenses increased as i am still having complications after surgery. After going home, i spent 3 days and was rushed to the hospital, I suffered a slight stroke, ❤️ heart attack. Fluid were in my lungs, i was given blood transfusion as my blood count was 5. I spent 2 weeks in hospital. God is good, he has and still is filling in the gaps for me. I thank him every day for granting me life.

It's a struggle , as side effects are crazy believe you me they are are. Sometimes i get so overwhelmed, and wish i had emotional and physical support alot . I cry and pray every night, for strenght to continue this fight , to be here, live to see my princess grow up. At my Surgery appointment January 21, 2019, after CT scan and observation I was told by my SOPD (SURGERY DOCTOR), that cancer is in both breasts. There were, and still is bleeding in both breasts, procedures such as cytology, biopsies were done, I am awaiting some furthers results confirming stage. The doctor’s plans are Chemotherapy, constant blood work, CT, MRI scans, blood transfusions if necessary and surgery. Treatments, both cancer and medical has gone beyond my target, which brings my total to US $5500 . Raised US$2398 thus far .I have been so distraught but have to stay strong for my one and only child, my daughter. I am grateful for life, to continue fighting for my daughter. My princess Hailey, my baby girl who turned 9 December 2018, very intelligent just sorry sometimes she has to see her mom in pain, cannot move at times, back to back hospital admissions.
I appreciate each and every one with the help I have received thus far. I am in need of dire help, I am beseeching financial, prayers, emotional support as I am in for another fight of a life time. Owing to this I am still unable to afford cancer treatments, medications, pain medications as pain is at range 10 which is the highest form of pain. I am Asthmatic, so I cannot take any form of NSAIDS MEDICATIONS (MEDICATIONS THAT TRIGGER ASTHMA. Such as Baralgin, Ibroprufen, naproxen, diclofenac and mefenamic acid. Currently I am on Panadeine F, which has Codeine and Panadol. It aids with the pain, but bringing down the pain to 5, still unbearable. I am a single mother without running water as pipe has been disconnected for a period of time, I have to be borrowing hose (4) to be able to get water, the strain is very intolerable as sometimes I cannot manage to do it, afford it and making others inconvenienced. I am unable to send my daughter to school at times because I am not able to work being that I am ill.

I did an MRI, cytology and biopsy which confirmed Stage 2 Triple Negative Breast Cancer . Currently having Treatment : Chemotherapy . I serve a mighty God and he will heal me .
I was admitted for one week re transfusion and being dehydrated due to diarrhea vomit and fever.
After ct of the pelvis/abdomen, my colon didn't look clear, so an obstruction was found . The Barium Enema ($42000)$31,000+$11,000, for contrast that is to be done , this was put on hold as i cannot eat any solid food for two(2) days (only liquid , while drinking , 6 sachet of Epson salt for each time 7am, 12pm and 5pm, is thrown in bottle. while this is the preparation. I really didnt want to have any more diarrhea as its down finallyfinally . Breathing is a bit rough, due to being ill, asthmatic due to the change in climate , but i live by faith and trust my heavenly fatherfather. I'm so drained but I'm not giving up, that's not in my middle name . Yes odds are there but my God loves me best . ❤️

So I had this done, it couldn't be done as there was a blockage. I have completed some cycles of treatments improvements has been made as the tumors are shrinking. Currently had to break because of the Lymphedema in my legs and my Heart. Angina has been crazy lately, along with other side effects due to treatment my body not healing completely after doing so many surgeries. One other great thing, my legs have gone down now. Thanks be to God. He has been a force in my life and my faith in him will never fold no matter what the devil tries to through at me. The bleeding in my breast has gone down its only spots lightly now 4 rounds of Radiotherapy helped greatly, most praise to Heavenly father again. really concerned about my colon as its more than a possibility now that they will remove it during surgery.
I have a scan on the 7.5.19. I pray that treatment helped that I won't have to Take any more God-awful drink of these preparations for scans, and there isn't anymore abnormality there.
I'm in a lot of pain, the right of my tummy at the top below my breast. my blood count is down it's at 7.5 from a 10. I have been working so hard to keep it up so no more blood transfusions. my green juices which plant or vegetable, I know has iron in it. my white blood cell was down really low after treatment. I was injected (God how I'm tired of being injected) Neulasta. I have blood work and Surgery B and GUI appointment next week. all may not be well but improvements are being made. God is good

Treatment has progressed well, my breasts are bleeding as they use to. I'm not completely out the woods but to be losing blood that way, and immune system being low and to be going through this again is unimaginable. I'm really having crazy muscle and swollen joint pains even to type is hard. still have a MRI to be done, it has been really hard with everything (food, buying water to put in tank, my daughter with back to school, scans, treatment, appointments, light etc.), because everything necessary is money and in not able to work. I am beyond grateful to each and everyone that had aided me in everyway possible. I have to do this MRI before the 14Th of this month so docs can know how to progress further and plan for surgery.

My breast skin peeled of litterally. terrible side effects of treatments and medications.
My right breast hurt so bad, only God and those going through this will understand fully. Stretch from left to right, nipples and breast beyond hurt.
U was prescribed a n antiotic cream to apply while I still have to undergo treatments continuously..
Update: August -,Novembet 2019.
I had to come back to the hospital. Belly swollen and in pain. I had blood clots which caused water retention, swollen ankles and toes and no urine to pasd. As well as kidney/bladder infection, fluid in my pelvis which was drained, high fever . I wasn't breathing properly so I had to be on oxygen, endless nebs and 5hr x 6 a day Heparin Transfusion. Countless antibiotics, pain injection.. Ecg, xrays etc. I'm fighting so i can be here for my 'mija'.
All veins collapsed and only thing available to get treatment through was my neck.
swollen hands after my veins burst and contrast only lodged there which caused massive swelling up to the elbow.

2 week ago after I was admitted for bowel obstruction. Ct scan wasn't Good, it showed that my liver has on a mass and cancer has matastatic. Tumor boards of meeting being kept with Oncologists to discuss the route to go further in the sense of treatment and surgery. Keep me in your prayers.
DECEMBER 2019: Completed TREATMENT for the shrinkage of tumors on liver and breasts.
Waa admitted in January 2020 for oxygen and received infusion for irons and bone.
February 28, 2020. MY TUMOR MARKERS ARE GOING DOWN. The cea was normal, the ones in the breast as well.
April 3, 2020
Had my colonoscopy did biopsy. $48000
Had a short stay in the hospital on 25 April 2020. OxyGEn was low, pain, vomiting etc.
May 2020
COLONOSCOPY RESULT WAS NORMAL, DID a KUB ultrasound which showed that my kidneys are ok. MY LIVER however is a bit course given there was a tumor on it. After treatment it was comepletely gone.
I have repeated ct scan and Breast MRI as it was requested to see how im progressing and aid with the swelling on and off with abdomen and pain. As well as heart tests to check Trophs, Tumor Markers, check my blood count as it fell once more due to having bleeding from rectum, INR, Bleeding time etc as i have to be on blood thinner for blood clots and heart medications.
These are to be done this week June1-5, 2020. I have SURGERY B appointment3.06.20.
