Cosmina Swendt: Cancer Treatment

January 2016 marked a devastation that no mother should ever have to face. Cosmina received the crippling news that she had colon cancer. Since then, the cancer spread to her ovaries resulting in a total hysterectomy, lungs, spleen, and bones. No matter how debilitating the fear and pain is from this disease, she will not let it define her. She is a ferocious fighter. The catalyst behind her battle is her son, David, who is attending Kindergarten at St. Thomas More.

Money generously donated will go directly toward funding her travel, Immunotherapy, and breakthrough Dendritic Cells Vaccine in Germany. Each vaccine costs $5,000 (not including travel costs). Her next treatment in Germany is January 10, 2018.

I am asking for your help to raise money for Cosmina and the urgent treatment she requires to help get her life back on track. No amount is too small and she will forever be thankful for any help that is received.
