Cory's Surgery = Furever Home

Cory needs $2,500CAD to pay for surgeries to remove multiple cysts, fix her teeth and be fixed before the Toronto Humane Society will adopt her to her forever home.

On August 28, 2017, this beautiful little girl was abandoned at the Toronto Humane Society. They are unsure of Cory's background but it is evident that she did not come from a home that truly loved her the way she deserved as she is underweight, has cysts in each of her ears and back leg, and issues with her teeth.
Despite being abandoned and having these medical issues, Cory is a sweet, loving and feisty girl who loves to play, nibble on your fingers and give kisses – always excited to see you with a wag of her bum and a twinkle in her eyes that instantly melts your heart every time you see her. She is a girl who knows what she wants, squeezing against her cage door for hours of belly scratches, moving your hand to where she wants you to scratch her, and always thanking you with the biggest grin, eyes filled with love and lots of kisses.
As the Toronto Humane Society is extremely backlogged in providing medical treatment due to being at capacity with animals in their care, their medical team attending a volunteer spay/neuter clinic up north, and Cory, being a Frenchie, needing specialized surgery, this restricted donation (meaning the donation can only be used towards Cory's medical care) will help Cory receive medical treatment sooner allowing her to go to her forever home sooner.
While this restricted donation does not guarantee that I will be able to adopt her, Cory stole my heart the first time I looked into her eyes, and I am committed to doing anything and everything I can to ensure that she receives medical care in a timely manner so that she can go to her forever home and begin the life that she deserves.
