Cory Housel and Family

My heart aches today for Leighanne Housel, the mother of  Cory Housel who was so tragically taken from this life at the devastating age of 32. Cory, a young man full of love and hope got mixed up in the middle of a bad situation and was reported to be murdered on June 30th 2019. 

Cory was Leighanns youngest child. Today Leighann has been dealt a hard blow that is every parents worst nightmare.  Her son is gone forever. Words can not describe the agony of losing a child. A big piece of Leighann has been torn away today and a shadow of grief has made way into her life, a life that she has to keep on living .

Leighann works as a caretaker and supports two teenage grandchildren. In the midst of such a crushing and heavy blow, life will keep moving.  Somehow, funeral arrangements will have to be made and paid for on top of the details of everyday life. Leighann is still here to deal with the wreckage. I am calling on our community for help with any donation you can. Every bit helps. It is no secret that funerals are expensive. A mother who is dealing with something so horrible as this should be able to pay for a decent memorial service for her baby.
