For the past six years, Cortland Preschool teachers, families, friends, and community members have worked together to provide financial diversity in our school population.
Over the years, together, we've awarded more than $79,000 in scholarship funds to families that needed a hand. Our scholarships are always need-based, and this year is no different; we are awarding $10,000 in funds.
With your help, we can raise the funds needed to continue awarding scholarships for 2017-18 students. We normally hold the fall art auction fundraiser and the spring bulb fundraiser. While fun, we realize some people prefer to just give a flat amount instead of fundraising through these events, so we are providing this platform to make it easier.
Please help us meet our goal? Please spread the word if you can. Diversity is important, a helping hand during a time of need is important, working toward a common goal is important. As a former private school scholarship recipient myself, I personally give every year to make certain our scholarships happen. Please join me if you can.
