Funds for Mom: Arcelia Cortez

No words can describe the sadness and emotional pain we feel to hear a family doctor tell us that our beautiful mother has lung cancer and a cancerous tumor attached to her lung .  Our mother has always been a woman of strong faith and a great love for Jesus in which she has never been ashamed to speak to anyone about her first love.  She has always been a person to find great importance in taking care of her temple that God has given her. We do not understand how this could have happen but we trust in God's perfect plan for her. From the bottom of our hearts, we have faith that our God can completely heal our mother if it’s in His perfect will . We also know that God may choose to have her sleep until Jesus’s second coming. We know who she belongs to and where she will go in the end of earth’s time. This gives our family great hope and peace as we are a family that has accepted Jesus as our only Lord and Saviour. We do not know what God’s will is for her life right now but we know we must prepare for both options . My parents were both blessed to come to The United States from Mexico to live the American dream ; however, they did not know about the opportunity of the many benefits of getting life insurance due to not knowing how to speak English.  Our family is now struggling to gather funds to cover the cost of the funeral/burial expenses.  We are asking for any donation that our family and friends can give so we can provide coverage of all funeral expenses we may encounter in the future if it is in God's will.  If God's will is that our mother is healed, all funds collected will be  donated to a worthy cause/charity. May God bless each and everyone of you who have been praying for her constantly and have found it in their heart to donate.
