Free Haircuts

The confidence a person gains after a haircut is priceless. Giving is something that is scarce now-a-days and I'd like to abolish that fact by providing a grooming service to the less fortunate at no cost. I'm raising money so that I can purchase a mobile vehicle that will allow me to cover all grounds of a barbershop on wheels.
