Coronavirus Project for Tibouk, Haiti

Imagine a place without first responders. Imagine a densely populated country that does not have a reliable way to pass information on to the public. Historically, this country has always had little to no access to healthcare and many suffer from severe, pre-existing conditions. The supply chain has always been shaky, and malnutrition, even starvation, is common. This place has some of the poorest sanitation standards in the world.

Now imagine the coronavirus pandemic coming to this country.

This country is Haiti, and the pandemic has arrived.

There are many in Haiti who have no way to support each other - many of them will not make it through this. Please consider our neighbors in the Haitian mountain village of Tibouk and help them in what ways we can.

You can have an immediate and possibly lifesaving impact. Your donation will go towards purchasing the supplies to make hand sanitizer solution, cleaning agents, and masks for 1200 families. These supplies will be some of the only preventative PPE these people will have access to. Trained medical professionals are stationed there to oversee the mixing and making of cleaning and disinfecting agents.

The Immaculate Conception Haiti Medical Mission has had an extremely close 25-year relationship with the people of Tibouk. Our small team of volunteers will manage the collected funds to ensure that 100% of the proceeds go to this project. Supplies will not be distributed based on religious affiliation or creed; it will go wherever it is needed, no questions asked.
