Coronavirus impacted my livelihood with job loss.

Oregon Health Authority computer contract ended in 13 months on March 31, 2020, rather than the intended 18 to 24 months, due to Corona virus pandemic. Was forced to bring back to CA, and not re-donate used furniture and kitchenware purchased from Goodwill because pandemic closed all channels of houseware donations, Goodwil, Salvation Army, etc. from which to make furniture and houseware donations. My original intention was to buy, use, and redonate the purchased used furniture.
On my way home pulling a uhaul trailer, I broke down in a construction zone in Oregon on Interstate 5; concrete construction barriers, 18 wheeler trucks all around me, couldn't pull over on a shoulder with the overheated engine, no shoulder available, had to ride it out through the construction zone on I-5, destroying the engine of a 2003 Dodge Durango. So, also had to rent one way a uhaul truck to get the uhaul trailer back to California.
Oregon apartment lease ended earlier than anticipated because original Oregon Government job contract agreement was terminated early, leaving me with a mandatory $500 additional apartment painting and cleaning expense which would have been waived on my original 18 month lease agreement.
