WE'RE GOING TO NCAAs!!
For the first time ever, Cornell will be sending a women's triathlon team to the Tempe, Arizona NCAA Championships on November 5th. Founded in 2014, the Cornell Triathlon team has grown considerably, and is now looking to make its way up into the national rankings. At the NCAA qualifier in Naperville, Illinois, Cornell sent five girls and ultimately placed 2nd overall as one of the only club programs, coming in behind only ASU (a top-ranked varsity program).
Since we are such a new club, Cornell club sport funding is limited, and we are hoping to fundraise in order to cover the flights from New York to Phoenix, hotel stays for two nights, and bike flights there and back of the team members headed to NCAAs. Please support us if you can - we really appreciate it!
