Corey Foster foundation start up fund

Donation protected
Hi friends and family. My son Corey Anthony Foster attended Leake and Watts school located in Yonkers, New York. Corey was a caring, respectful young man. Corey loved life and his family. He had ambitions to become a chef. On April 18,2012 during the kids recreational time Corey was one of the first kids on the court playing basketball when 2 employees of Leake and Watts wanted to play on the same court. For 45 minutes Corey played. He was not irritated or violent. Corey continued to play even though the employees played and tried to get him off the court. This was the children's time. At the end of it all Corey walked off the court after the employees bumped into him several times. He walked to the corner of the gym and was followed by 4 to 5 employees. They slammed Corey up against the wall then restrained him to the floor. Within 7 minutes my son would be dead. The employees of Leake and Watts did what is called a 'Therapeutic hold' in which i never authorized or had any knowledge they performed this kind of procedure. The employees caused Corey's death and was not charged. Due to the laws that Govern this state Corey will not get justice that he deserves. I also have a petition on change.org to ban the use of these barbaric holds on children. The state tells us that we are not allowed to discipline our children. Why is it acceptable to kill them? You can also sign the petition. Go to change.org and search Corey Foster, Let's Ban Restraint and Seclusion in our Schools. I have been interviewed on shows such as Anderson Live show and Nightline investigative reports with Diane Sawyer, and several other local news stations. You can also Google my sons name. At age 16 my sons life was taken away. One week from his death April 25th he would have been 17. I can't bring my son back and i do not ask for funding for myself but to fund a cause that will save other children. See my son was not educationally inclined. Leake and Watts is a special school for children who have learning disabilities and emotional needs. He may not have grown to be your next professor, scientist or biologist but Corey was very talented. He can take apart computers and other items and put them back together. He would build and fix things. My son also cook very well. Three weeks before Corey was killed he told me he wanted to become a Chef and attend Culinary School. I was so proud of him. I would like to start a foundation memorial to help children reach their dreams of becoming a Chef, musician, dancer, singer or whatever their talents take them. Society pushes us to be the best in school and graduate top of your class. Well not all kids are able to do that. My son was one of them but he was very talented in other ways. Help me to help other children. It starts with a small donation that will help fund a non for profit license which is very costly. With this tragedy my mission is to not only memorialize my son but to help children develop their talents. Thank you in advance and God Bless you.
