Corey's Crusade Against Cancer

Thanks to everyone's tremendous support we were able to get Corey home. However since this he has taken a turn for the worse and unfortunately had to go back in to hospital. The cancer continues to grow and he is also now fighting an infection. He needs all the love, support and good vibes you can muster sent his way.

For those of you that know Corey, you know that he is a fun loving, bubbly and very caring young gentleman. He is a loving son, supportive colleague and fabulous friend to many. Corey has a zest for life and can overcome  anything thrown his way. What some of you don't know is that Corey is now on a new journey. Corey was hospitalised in early October due to increased discomfort and pain. After a series of tests he was diagnosed with a cancerous tumour in his pelvis area. The tumour is pushing up against nerves causing swelling and weakness and is also pushing up against his organs causing loss of function. Two weeks later he was given the news that due to its location and size the tumour is inoperable and he would need to undergo radiotherapy in order to shrink it.

Corey has faced health issues his whole life, being diagnosed with neurofibromas as a baby. This incurable disease has caused many complications his whole life but he has never let this hold him back and he is ready to fight again. This time, he just needs a little extra support from his family and friends #fightmode

Corey has been in hospital for 2 months now and is keen to get home as soon as possible. He needs our help to make this happen. He needs funds as soon as possible to set up his home to be ready for his return and then will need ongoing funds to cover his medical bills and everyday life expenses.
