Corey Becker was a volunteer firefighter and Active member of Saxonburg Volunteer Fire Company of more than five years. Corey lived in Saxonburg, PA since 1991. He is a 2003 graduate of Knoch High School. Corey started college at Clarion University--but that wasn't for him. He worked numerous jobs including the most recent at Penn United. After a layoff, he decided to spread his wings and ventured out to Utah. He found a good great job in Utah and decided to stay. He found a nice place to live with friendly and caring people nearby.
Corey was a proud firefighter and loved loved playing video games. He also enjoyed watching Wrestling, Steeler football games, Pirate baseball and NASCAR! Unfortunately Corey's passed away in Utah due to complications from his illness with COVID-19.
Corey leaves behind his loving parents Paul & Terry Becker, a sister Kayla Ross and her husband Lance, as well as two beautiful nieces, Emma and Penelope.
Saxonburg VFC is very sad to have lost Corey Becker and pray for Corey's family as they deal with his unfortunate death. We are working to assist Corey's family with funeral expenses and bringing Corey back to Pennsylvania. We hope that you will help us raise money to support this important effort!
