Brevard Summer Program

Hello everyone! I've just recently been accepted into the Brevard Music Festival summer program. This is a six week long chamber and orchestra camp in North Carolina, where I would be able to study with amazing viola professors (such as Erika Eckert) and heighten my musical abilities.  I would love to test out an environment that would help me get a feel for the college experience.  I would also be able to learn new approaches to the instrument, and study much more advanced orchestral repertoire. This year I have played with the Denver Young Artists Orchestra, and that alone has increased my general desire to study music in greater depth! At Brevard, there is a strong focus on orchestral training, so I know that it would be very fitting. Unfortunately, to have this wonderful experience I will need help with the payment.  I have already been granted scholarships, and I would also be completing an extensive work-study while there. However, even with this, my family still cannot afford the tuition of roughly $3000.  Any donations, large or small, would be  greatly appreciated! If you can lend me your support, then I will be able to attend Brevard.
