Eddie Reis was a very friendly soul. He loved his family and was always a great friend. He attended Dwight Elementary and Dwight Township High School. After high school, Eddie would go on to become a United States Marine.
Ed's life was cut too soon in a motorcycle accident on August 5, 2014 in Oregon. The news of his passing was shocking to us all. Eddie would keep in touch with many of his hometown friends via Facebook and other social medias. He liked talking about fitness, health, pets and really just enjoyed keeping in touch. That proves how big his heart was for all in his life.
This fundraiser account will raise money to buy a brick that will be set up on Main St. in Dwight, IL. As well we would like to raise money to donate a weight bench to Dwight Township High School in memory of one of its great alumni and former athletes. Any remaining donation will be given to his family to help with any costs for services and bringing home his belongings and puppy, etc.
