Yesterday on February 24th a major wind storm hit the Illinois valley and dropped this tree on my brother and sister, Joe and Brenda Coopers home. Their daughters bedroom and bathroom were completely destroyed. Their daughter, whobwas in her bedroom, was pinned by the roof and luckily only sustained minor injuries. Although she is definitely traumatized, She's lucky to be alive. Unfortunately they do not have homeowners insurance and have no idea how they are going to cover this gigantic cost to repair their home. My heart breaks for their situation and they have always been there for us. when my brother passed away in 2013, while our world was shattered, it was Joe and Brenda who helped bring everyone together for his benefit concert.
