On Tuesday morning, the Cooper Family woke to find that their whole world had changed. At around 4:30 am they woke to the sound of pounding on their door. Their neighbor Barb was leaving her house when she discovered that the north side of their home was engulfed in flames. With her quick thinking, she immedidately dialed 911 while doing her best to alert the family of the fire.
Thankfully they were all able to escape unharmed, but as they watched the firemen work tirelessly to put out the flames, they could only watch in utter shock and horror, rememebering all of the years spent in that house. This is the first home that Mar and Jimmy purchased and built and this is the home they planned to spend the rest of their lives in. This home holds so many good memories. Memories that they will always cherish.
As the pictures show, the fire tore through the north side of their house. Most items that weren't burned are now useless due to smoke and water damage. Both of the cars in the garage were also totalled. The only items that they were allowed to remove from the house were a week's worth of clothing.
Although they are optimistic that the insurance will cover all costs of the damage, please donate today to help them buy clothes and other items that are needed to rebuild their lives.
Let's show them that their family and friends care and are here to support them in their time of need. We love you Cooper Family and stand strong with you.
