Cooking School Remodel for Fire Department

On August 30th Temecula Fire did their annual inspection.  Due to a customer complaining about smoke in the store, they have ordered us to stop doing cooking classes.

I am working day and night to meet the requirement for an approved commercial hood (with fire suppression).  Of course changing this puts us in a different category and created a bunch of other items that need to be changed.  Bottom line is it is going to take around $35,000 to get up and running again.

If my cooking classes were completely sold out for the next 18 months this is the profit I would make on those classes.

I am asking for donations to my Gofundme page.

It hurts me to ask for help like this, but I need to get this going Hopefully in the next two months.  I just don't have that kind of money.

Thank you for your kind consideration, I hope to see you soon.
