Cooking for "my Alaskan dad"

Hi guys I am raising funds for $1.861 to flight to Fairbanks Alaska in order to cook for my Alaskan dad.
I am chef who have been working in Japan,Canada,Australia and settled in New Zealand.
Back in 2007, I was biking from Alaska to Los Angeles, and onto South America, as I truly wanted to change my life. When I started my bike trip from Alaska, I was very sick and had to stay call to an ambulance after staying 4 nights in the bush. One of the people that came to my rescue was Edo, who took me to hospital in his car. Although I had pneumonia, luckily I could hit the road again after 2 weeks.
After my stay on the bed, Edo and his wife Annie( my “Alaskan Mum”) invited me to stay in their house. They later told me ‘“We are your Alaskan parents. Welcome to the house my Japanese son”. This was how they become my Alaskan parents.
4 years later, I visited their house again from Canada by canoe, hitchhiking and met them again in Bangkok where they had moved.
On the 3rd of April 2017, Annie messaged me to say that they found out that Edo has stage 4 pancreatic cancer so they had to move back to Alaska as soon as possible in order to fight the cancer.
Now it is my turn to help his life through my skill as he helped my life 10 years ago when he rescued me. I have been researching about a recipe which helps his immune system improve, it makes him stronger and allowed him to come to my house in New Zealand one day soon.
How we can help: What I can offer in return for donations
I would like to offer you a ‘ private chef experience ‘ by me. Whenever possible (I am in your town or neighbourhood, or you are in my neighbourhood, in my place or yours,) I can be your private chef. There is no time limit to this return and it doesn't matter if we have met before.
The world is smaller than it used to be so I am sure I will see you at some point in this beautiful world.
I am looking forward to sharing my dishes with you.
