Memory of our beloved Sister Leteghergis Yosief

Sister Leteghergis Yosief passed away on August 25, 2021 in Asmara, Eritrea. She was 78 years of age and 57 years of vocation as a sister of the Daughters of Charity.

Sister Leteghergis Yosief touched many lives. Throughout her lifetime, she devoted her life to helping the poor, sick, homeless, and the day-to-day care of infants who lost their mothers during childbirth. She actively brought the mission of Jesus Christ to life by serving our fathers, mothers, brothers, and sisters who lived in need of care. Those who encountered Sister Leteghergis Yosief continuously praise her dedication to the mission of love, care, medical and spiritual healing.

In honor of Sister Leteghergis Yosief, it is our duty to support her mission by showing a solidarity of support to the Daughters of Charity in Eritrea. Her presence in our lives will be dearly missed but her mission will continue to live on. As supporters of this mission, we greatly appreciate your donation to continue her legacy.

ሓውትናን ኣዴናን ፡ እናቴ ለተገርግስ ዮሴፍ ሞሳ (ደናግል ደቂ ፍቕሪ) ፡ ብዝሓደረን ሓጺር ሕማም ፡ ብዕለት 25 ነሓሰ ፡ ኣብ 78 ዓመተን ፡ ብሞት ተፈልየናና ኣለዋ ። ነፍስኄሪት እናቴ ለተገርግስ ፡ ኣብ ጽጉማት ምእላይን ብሕክምናን ፡ ንሕዝብና ምሉእ ሕይወተን ዘገልገላ ኣደን ሓውትን እየን ። ኣገልግሎተን ብፍቕርን ብሓልዮትን ይገብርኦ ስለዝነበራ ከኣ ፡ ኢደን ፈውሲ ኮይኑ ፡ ይምሰለለን ከምዝነበረ ፡ ብዙሓት ፈተውትን ተገልገልትን ሓውትናን ኣደናን እናቴ ለተገርግስ ብምስጋና ይንእዱ ከምዝነበሩ ይምስክሩ።

ስለዚ ነቲ እናቴ ለተገርግስ ዝጀመራኦ ኣገልግሎት ጽጉማት፡ ምስ ደናግል ደቂ ፍቕሪ ብምትሕብባር ፡ ነዚ ቅዱስ ዕላማ ብዘይምቁራጽ ክንቅጽሎ ስለዝመደብና ብለጋስነትኩም ተሓባበሩና ። ስለ ኩሉ ነገር እግዚኣብሔር ይመስገን ።
