Continuing construction

It started with a flooded kitchen and rotted cast iron pipe under the house. Insurance funds used up. EXAMPLE: insurance gave $1100 for septic cleanup and in reality it cost $1800 We have a side business doing festivals that makes good money but an unforeseen Pandemic has canceled all the festivals. It's like camping. No toilets, no shower, no kitchen.  I bought the new toilets, vanities and kitchen Cabinets. Subloor is completed. Hopefully next week all the cast iron will be replaced with P.V.C Any help I receive now will go towards sheetrock insulation,  flooring and plumbing supplies. I'm  gonna worry about the next step after I complete the sheetrock, sink and plumbing. Any help will be appreciated.
