Connie Hicks Funeral Expenses

 I NEVER thought I'd be in this position. Asking for help...

 

I've also never been so certain that this IS my purpose at this time.

 On Friday March 2 2018 we found out our dearest mother would only have a short period of time to live. She was diagnosed with brain cancer that has spread into her lungs. Our family has opted not to treat the cancer as it would be against my mom’s wishes. This news has devastated our family. Our family is reaching out because we know that she is loved by so many and hoping that friends and family would be willing to help.

About my Mom
My Mom is the most self-sacrificing and loving person I've ever known. Anyone that knew my mom loved her!  She raised me to always achieve the highest standard and do the right thing. She has the most generous heart of anyone. She is always the first to show up when things go bad and help in anyway needed, or just be there to offer love and support. She is strong, big hearted and endlessly generous. 

 

My mom requires 24-hour care now and has been put on hospice. With the help of family, we are making that possible. Myself, brother and my dad are giving her the care she needs. Because this is time we can’t have back with her. We need funds not only for her funeral, but for the missed time at our jobs, and medical bills are adding up.

 

This is an urgent timeframe, as again time is limited. My mom means everything to me and our family your help means more than you will ever know. Any donation would help!
