The Confetti Baking Company® was created to help people come together and celebrate what life has to offer: holidays, joy, family gatherings and great tasting food. We are passionate about making delicious gluten-free and vegan desserts for people with special dietary requirements so they can fully enjoy life, too.

Thank you so much for your support. My name is Maggie Bryan and I am the founder and CEO of this company. My joyful journey into the kitchen began with both my mom and Grandma, Patsy Bryan, who invited me into her kitchen to bake a lime dessert cake when I was just 5 years old. Whenever we were together, we quilted, we drank tea and mostly we baked. Baking is and always has been my heartbeat ever since that first foray into the kitchen and I want to share that joy with you, too. 

At the Confetti Baking Company Test Kitchen, we create both gluten-free and vegan desserts because we believe that people with special dietary requirements should not have to sacrifice fun and flavor in the kitchen. Making desserts taste, smell and look good is our specialty with a twist of fun. Our plant-based desserts help your body maintain a healthy lifestyle. Also, our gluten-free desserts are easy to digest and can be eaten by people with celiac disease, gluten intolerances and wheat allergies.  

My desire to make desserts healthier didn't start until the age of 19. For weeks I'd experienced some lower abdominal pain. When I couldn't bare it any longer, I went to the ER and found out that my left ovary was the size of a cantaloupe. After emergency ovarian surgery, I was faced with weight gain, irregular and unpredictable menstrual cycles, hormonal imbalance, hypothyroidism, anemia, and lactose and gluten sensitivities. These events led me to work with some brilliant holistic doctors and nutritionists to find healthier foods to eat daily. 

Over time, they helped me discover the healing power of food. I started using my kitchen as an experimental zone to create delicious and healthy meals. It took several months to figure out what products worked best as healthy and tasty substitutions in both meals and classic desserts. Eventually, I successfully developed gluten-free and vegan desserts. The desire to make desserts healthier is now a lifestyle choice that is making a difference in my life. I want to share this newfound joy of baking with you, too. To help you eat desserts you love without compromising your health.

I'll be selling homemade jams, jellies, pound cake, chewy brownies, shortbread cookies, banana bread, pumpkin bread and oatmeal raisin granola bars, toffee and chocolate covered pretzels to delight your taste buds. The market is open from 8am to 1pm on the Sunday's listed below under Important Dates. See you there!
