Benefitting Families at South Miami Children's Clinic

It is our mission at Concordia to help people live healthier, happier lives. That includes our clients, the patients we serve, our team of caring professionals and the diverse communities in which we live.
As a way to celebrate our mission and give back to those in need, we have decided to support five deserving families at South Miami Children's Clinic in South Miami, Florida this holiday season.
South Miami Children's Clinic (SMCC) was founded with a mission to provide high quality medical care to uninsured/underinsured children living in South Miami.
SMCC believes that improving access to healthcare and health education will help children to build healthier minds and bodies, and SMCC has provided free medical care to hundreds of underserved families in the South Miami area since 2007.
Our Hope for the Holidays project has the ambitious goal to raise $2500 to help five, deserving SMCC families. From now through December 14th, 100% of all of the donations we receive will be used to provide food, clothing, shoes, Christmas toys, school supplies, assistive devices and other much-needed items for:

The Armstead Family
Lilneice - 15 y.o. girl
Deja - 13 y.o. girl

Your donation, of any amount, will go a long way to making the holidays very special for these families in need.
Once all of our donations have been received (by no later than December 14th), our team of Concordia elves will go out and purchase all of the items. Then we will have wrapping parties at the Miami office between December 18th-20th and deliver the gifts to each of the families just in time for Christmas!
