Computer for our friend so he can play with us

Our friend doesn't have a computer and thus cannot play with us. He lives across the country so this is the only way we can hangout with him.

He also has a condition where his heart is half the size of a normal one and he really can't do anything else but stuff digitally. A good gaming computer would really make his year.
