Compassion for Mark & Cora

Mark was born with Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy. He is now 25 years old. He lives in our small rural community of Marianna. He is a very sweet and friendly young man. His mother takes care of him fulltime. Cora has been struggling to afford many of the essentials that Mark needs to stay as healthy as he needs. Often Cora goes without to make sure Mark has as much as she can give. They live off of SSDI. Which we know isn't enough with someone who needs such care. Mark is bedridden now and has no contact with the outside world except through Cora and his Television. Mark would love to be able to have some sort of independence. Many young men want their independence to have friends and see the world. Mark would be so grateful if he had the Assisitve devices to be able to go online and discover the world he has no contact or ability to see.
