I’m organizing this fundraiser on behalf of my close friend and their family, who are going through an unimaginably difficult time. Their father has been diagnosed with stage 4 cancer that has aggressively spread throughout his body. After months of treatment and consultations, doctors have now given him an estimated three months to live.

This news has been heartbreaking for the entire family. In the midst of coming to terms with the time they have left together, they are also faced with the looming burden of funeral and end-of-life costs.

We’re raising funds to help ease this burden, so that when the time comes, his family can focus on honoring his life with dignity, rather than stressing over expenses.
