Community Food Box Fund

I am raising money to stock the ReCraft Community Food Box for the year of 2019. My goal is to put a minimum of $50 worth of food in the box each week. I will personally pledge to put at minimum $20 a month into the food box.

The Fountain Square/Bates-Hendricks area has a large population of homeless and low income people/families. This free and publically accessible food box is a way to serve our immediate community and help those around us. It is located at 1802 Shelby Street and is outside 24/7. 

As the owner of ReCraft, I am hopeful that I can afford to fund it myself next year, but as a new business, I’m not in a financial place to do so yet. I’m not drawing a salary at the moment so I’m asking for your contributions to help keep this program going and keep the food box stocked. I will use this money to grocery shop and stock the box on a weekly/daily basis with nutritious and easy foods. 

I also accept non-perishable goods at the store. Bring in your non-perishable goods to ReCraft to receive a 10% discount on your purchase!
