<div>In August 2025, <strong>I lost my job unexpectedly after returning from vacation.</strong> I've been searching and networking for months, applying to roles similar to what I've previously held, and roles I'm more than qualified for, with no callbacks.

<div>This week, I learned that I had depleted my unemployment benefits, which were 1/4th of what I made monthly, further putting me in the red financially. And PG&amp;E has hit me with a nearly $300 power bill.

<div>I am working with a lawyer on my case, but for now, <strong>I need to focus on ensuring my essential bills are paid.</strong>
