My name is Debbie Phillips. I am reaching out to family and friends of mine and of Shannon Ramey (my sister-in-law) or anyone who would like to help, to ask for help to cover Shannon's end-of-life expenses.

Shannon has been fighting stage 4 colon cancer for the past 5 years. She has fought a LONG hard battle for a long time now. She is one of the strongest women I know. The cancer spread to her liver about a year ago, and she continued to keep fighting. The treatment that was working caused her to hemorrhage, so the doctors would no longer give her that chemo. She continued getting the chemo that they were able to give her until it was no longer doing any good. At the age of 55 years old, she was told there is nothing else they could do for her. I can't even imagine what she is feeling.

To lighten up her worries and for her mother's sake, I decided to help them out by creating this GoFundMe. Shannon has always been one to help her family and friends out any time she could. So I'm hoping we can all pull together and help her out in this very devastating time of need.
