<div><strong>Shane Charles, owner of a small bar in Anaconda, was tragically shot and killed.</strong> In an instant, a family lost a loved one, employees lost their employer and job, and a community lost someone who mattered deeply to the people around him.

Behind every small-town bar is a person carrying the weight of payroll, bills, responsibilities, and the hopes of the people who depend on them.
