Our dear sister Fareedah Shadah Khan is in the process of transitioning back to Allah (The Creator). Her daughter Piilani has shared with me that she had a small policy for her mother. The insurance company now is stating that there is a missing payment, which caused the policy to lapse. It was suggested by a community member that a GoFundMe be set up to assist Piilani with her mother's Janazah (Funeral) cost.

Sister Fareedah has been a member of the Muslim community in Los Angeles for over 55 years. Please support and donate what you can. In the Muslim Faith, once a person transitions we have to bury them within 3 days.
