Comedy Club Staff Out of Work

BARK Entertainment (who owns 4 comedy clubs) has been forced to close until at least March 31st, and likely longer due to COVID-19. This has put our 100 employees out of work. Without us being able to put on comedy shows they are unable to serve you drinks, cook your food, answer your calls, etc.

These are 100 employees who have families to feed, and bills to pay. They have newborn and unborn babies, kids with special needs, pets, out of work spouses, and more.

Each employee is working on unemployment or a new job, but the time table and the amount they are able to receive is minimal and time delayed compared to this unexpected loss.

We know that much of the country is hurting right now, but if you are able to spare a few dollars, it will not go unnoticed. All money collected will be divided up evenly among those who need it, to help them support their families until we can open the doors for you to laugh again.

If we end up raising more money than is needed, excess will go to support local artist who are without work, and local food banks.

Thank you for your consideration.
