COME2LIFE Comfort Kits

Help youth struggling with anxiety and self-harm!

COME2LIFE is a nonprofit focused on youth emotional health. In 2018, we developed our Comfort Kits - shoeboxes with a variety of guides and tools to help diffuse anxiety and distract from self-harm urges. Each kit helps with “in the moment” distress and leads young people to develop resilience as they move forward towards hope and healing. 
We believe there should be no barriers to mental health help so we give away Comfort Kits (including shipping).

Each kit costs about $17 and shipping is $20 to $40 depending on the destination. So far, we have covered the costs out of pocket but as demand is growing we would like to invite the community to help these young people find help, hope and healing. 

In 2018, we provided 57 kits to young people in Canada, the USA, the UK and Australia. We’ve started 2019 with 14 requests! These kits are ready to go across the USA, to the UK, France, Norway, and Spain.
