Come As You Are - Short Film by Benjamin Focht

Come As You Are produced by Becca Messner and directed by Benjamin Focht is a narrative short film about a recently unemployed man trying to make it home in time for New Years after running out of gas in the middle of nowhere.

 

We are film students at the College for Creative Studies in Detroit, and Come As You Are is our senior film project, written by Benjamin Focht. The film will be roughly 10-13 minutes in length and will be shot entirely on location in Gun Lake, Michigan in early February.

 

As of now, the film is funded independently by the students. Because of this, the budget is very limited. In order for the final project to live up to it's full potential, obtaining proper funding is vital.

 

All financial contributions will be used for production costs: wardrobe, craft services, props, transportation equipment rentals, etc.
