Strong as Colt

It is with teary eyes, a warm heart and incredible OPTIMISM that I share about my nephew. Emily and Chad found out during February vacation that their 5-year-old son, Colt, was diagnosed with Pre Curser B Cell Lymphoblastic Lymphoma. The doctors are confident about treating this, with a 96% cure rate!!! Colt is eager to get back to playing with his brothers and on his bikes!  He has been a champion at all his doctors appointments so far! He will be admitted to begin Chemo at the end of the week, and then he will spend about 4 weeks hospitalized before beginning weekly treatments for the next two years.  He is a superhero to us all! First and foremost, Emily and Chad are asking for all your POSITIVE thoughts and PRAYERS!  Thank you so much already! It means the world to them! This page has been set up to provide updates and also for those who would like to donate in order to help with the expenses that come with this long road to recovery for Colt. Emily and Chad plan to take turns being with Colt and being at home with their other two superheros, Nash and Clark.  Emily and Chad cannot thank you enough for your support!!! Colt Strong!
